Cancellation form
If you want to cancel your plan or a mock exam booking within the 14 days the law gives you, you can copy this form into an email or a letter and send it to us. You don't have to use it: any clear message saying you want to cancel is enough, and for a plan you can also cancel in Manage payments in your parent area. See section 6 of our terms.

This is the model cancellation form from Schedule 3 to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For the service, you could write "Jenner Learning plan" or "Jenner Learning mock exam booking" and the date. Please don't include anything about your child.
